Business Event Funding

Introduction

Mildura Rural City Council is committed to supporting business events, including meetings, incentive trips, conferences which provide an opportunity to grow the visitor economy for the Mildura region.

We are looking for events which encourage the engagement with local businesses to deliver the event, stimulate the local economy and provide opportunities for delegates to experience Mildura’s highlights, encouraging friends and family to accompany on the trip or return in the future.

This application is used to gain an understanding of the economic impact this event will have on our local community and is used to assess eligibility for funding.

Funding is available for the following purposes: Venue Hire, Catering and Support services ie. infrastructure, transportation.
